Homepage panels

The panels on the Homepage display information applicable to the logged in user.

From the Homepage, you can view the following panels:

The Today section on the Homepage displays the currently logged in user's timetabled events for the day.

Today section

You can navigate to the following from the Today section:

  • Course enrolments by selecting the relevant course link
  • Room details for a course by selecting the relevant room link

  • Mark a Register by selecting the Mark Register option for the relevant course

    This option is only available if the Mark Register and/or Mark Register of Others roles in the EBS Ontrack Agent group of User Management are assigned to the user.
  • The Staff Timetable page by selecting the Week Timetable button which displays the user's timetable for the current week

The Overdue SMART Targets section on the Homepage displays targets for learners that have yet to be met in Ontrack Staff Hub.

The EBS4ILP licence must be held to display the Overdue SMART Targets section.

Overdue SMART Targets section

The My Courses section of the Homepage displays the currently logged in user's courses and enables you to view course enrolments by selecting the relevant course link.

You can hover the cursor over a course to display a tooltip which shows the calendar occurrence code and start/end date of the course.
